Savvy Workshops

Savvy Workshops are “learning efficient” hands-on events of four hours. Learning emphasizes training-type instruction with demonstration and application of techniques, skill sets and tools that engage people to change behavior. The typical participants are engineers, managers, marketers, directors, functional managers, cross functional team members, team leaders and others. Such topics as A3 thinking/practice, generating Voice of the Customer knowledge for product design, and improving problem-solving skills are offered by Savvy throughout the calendar year and semi-annually at the Savvy Conference events.
