Savvy Conferences

Savvy Conferences are large-audience, two-day learning events organized to focus on Lean and Knowledge Based Product Development and Management Behavior Transformation themes. Savvy members have sponsored ten Savvy Conferences for product development engineers, managers, chief engineers, directors and executive level persons. These conferences comprise six to nine product development engineering managers, directors, or executives from a variety of industries who present their learning experiences in a visual and informal lecture presentation with give and take, questions and answers, visuals of sketches and diagrams.

The conference includes learning sessions in which conference participants discuss their conference learning and how they will integrate it in their development teams and functional organizations.

Speaker presentations bound in a Savvy Conference Proceedings Handbook along with A3 visuals, working papers and the Savvy Leaders’ Bibliography are the conference deliverables.
